We built LearnCurve because we kept quitting online courses.

Most online courses have a 5-15% completion rate. That's not a motivation problem — it's a structure problem. You sign up, get a static list of videos, and then life happens. No one schedules your review sessions. No one checks if you actually understood module 3 before you start module 4. No one comes back on day 14 to reinforce what you learned on day 2.

LearnCurve exists to fix that. We use techniques with genuine research backing — spaced repetition, retrieval practice, and adaptive pacing — to build learning plans that actually work for self-directed learners.

What we believe

• Format preference is real; learning styles as diagnosis is not. You'll stick with a plan built the way you like to learn. That's a preference, not a neuromyth.
• Spaced repetition works. Reviewing material at increasing intervals is one of the most studied memory techniques. We build it in.
• Active recall beats re-reading. Every module includes quizzes that test understanding, not memorization.
• Plans should adapt. If you fail a quiz on module 3, you get a review bridge before moving on. The plan reshapes around you.
• Resources should be real. We curate actual YouTube videos, official documentation, and free courses — and validate the links. No hallucinated resources.

Who we are

LearnCurve is built by a small team that's spent years in AI, education technology, and self-directed learning. We're not a venture-backed corporation. We're builders who got frustrated enough to fix the problem.

We use AI to generate your learning plan — module structure, lesson content, quizzes, and exercises — then layer on the system that makes it stick: scheduling, progress tracking, review timing, and resource validation. The AI is the starting point, not the whole product.

Why not just ask ChatGPT?

ChatGPT can generate an outline in seconds. It can't schedule your review sessions, track what you've completed, validate that the resources it linked actually exist, or adapt the plan when you struggle with a concept. LearnCurve is a learning system, not a prompt.
