LearnCurve is an AI-powered adaptive learning platform that creates personalized learning plans based on your learning style, experience level, and goals. The Service generates educational content and curates resources from third-party sources.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
LearnCurve offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Free tier users are limited to one active learning plan. Paid subscribers receive additional features as described on our pricing page. All paid subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
You retain ownership of any notes, content, or materials you create within the Service. By using the Service, you grant LearnCurve a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content to provide and improve the Service.
Learning plans and recommendations are generated by AI and may not always be accurate or complete. LearnCurve is not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated educational content. Users should verify critical information through independent sources.
The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LearnCurve and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Third-party resources linked within learning plans remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not use the Service to: (a) violate any laws; (b) infringe on others' intellectual property; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (d) use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content; (e) reverse engineer or scrape the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
LearnCurve provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
